Stockholm Marathon-This is a race that takes place late in the month of May attracting over 15,000 athletes. The course of the race passes through some of the notable sights of the city finishing at the Olympic stadium.
Popcorn Film Festival- This event takes place in both the month of May and June. Young filmmakers get a chance to view some of their best productions at some of the renown cinemas such as the Zita, Rival and Cosmonova.

Stockholm Early Music Festival- this festival features music from the middle ages and based in the Gamla Stan district throughout June.
