Positive:
Freedom of not being annoyed by daily cleaning services; ability to make own meals as necessary; nice size refrigerator to accommodate snacks, breakfast items, etc. Layout of space made space seem larger; sufficient close space; entry foyer with hooks/shelf for hanging jackets and placing hats; spacious modern bathroom; flat-screen tv and small sofa w/ coffee table/ottoman.
Negative:
Constantly closing of windows due to wafting cigarette smoke from inner courtyard where other guests were permitted to indulge their addiction, including a few times at 3a-4am when awakened by the stench. Hoteliers should not allow smoking on the premises at all; for the benefit of their non-smoking guests as well as promoting a message health for all. It’s odd that such an eco-friendly establishment would allow smoking; a clean environment means inside and out.

These apartments are awesome,superb modern clean spacious apartments in a fantastic location within walking distance of Old Town,ferries,shops ,restaurants ,bars,located directly across from Hilton Hotel.It was an ideal base to explore Stockholm with my two kids (19 and 25).They loved the apartment -all mod cons,cable TV ,microwave,kitchenette,2 bedrooms ,bathrrom,sitting area with pull out sofa bed(very comfy!)

Negative:
Noise: by A/C outside the apt and by outside bar of the Hilton when it was open. But it’s nothing one couldn’t deal with in the end…
