The room didn’t have telephone and the bathroom was very very simple ( shower on the floor). The one matress was totally destroyed…but the cleaning lady din’t give any attention to that. Te personall was generally friendlly except from one resceptionist (man) who was totally indiferrent. A swedish friend called them and asked them to give us directions how to meet her at the center of Stocholm and although there was a bus line in front of the hotel for the center they have ordered taxi for us…

Initially they wanted to charge me more than the agreed price with booking. When finally acceptaron charge me the price of the reservation. Turns out they charged me which had planned and the Booking, so I paid twice and no way to return the amount unduly paid € 526.61 €
