The atmosphere of the hotel is great. Of course the rooms are small, but it is an experience to stay the night on the boat. Location is good, you can walk from the Kungsholmen island to all major attractions. Public parking close to the ship is possible.

We spent 2 nights in Hotell m/s Monika with my parents and we really loved it! The boat has a super design and we felt like it was home. We had a bedroom for 4 persons and it was comfortable and sweet. For the breakfast, it was plenty of food and it was good. The staff was friendly, cordial and available for all kind of questions. The boat is really nice and the situation is central in Stockholm. We will definitively come back in this Hotel m/s Monika and we really recommend this hotel!

Een bijzonder hotel, op een mooie plek in Stockholm. Slechts een paar minuten lopen van de metro, dus je bent zo in de binnenstad. Sympathieke ontvangst en verzorging. De boot is sfeervol ingericht en lekker licht. Prima bedden en badkamer. Ontbijten (warme broodjes, knäckebröd, jus, beleg en een gekookt eitje) doe je samen met de andere gasten aan de lange tafel in de verblijfsruimte. Als je wilt, een mooie manier om in contact te komen met anderen. Als je dat niet wilt, is er voldoende privacy. Je kunt – zoveel als je wilt – gebruik maken van koffie, thee en fris.
Negative:
Als het mooi weer is – zoals tijdens ons verblijf – wordt de (familie)kamer behoorlijk warm. Om te ventileren kun je de lichtkoepel open zetten, maar daarvoor moet je wel op een laddertje klimmen. Geen ramp, maar handig om te weten.

L’atmosfera di una birretta al tramonto sulla barca impagabile! Gentilissimo lo staff, camere pulite e buona la colazione. A pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge la metropolitana ed inoltro la barca è ormeggiata a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione delle corriere degli areoporti.

Le concept d’un hotel sur un bateau est très original.. Seulement 3 chambres sur ce bateau, et comme nous étions 2 familles, nous avons profité pleinement du “carré” la pièce commune très confortable. Le bus pour le centre ville passe devant le bateau, très pratique. Petit déjeuner servi à l’horaire que l’on souhaite, très copieux. Les chambres sont très belles. Très chouette séjour, on y retournera surement ! Very pleasant stay, we will surely come back !
