Positive:
Superb sound insulation between rooms. Comfortable beds. Comfortable size room.
Negative:
Wooden window frames too much cold air is passed and all the sounds from the street. In winter, sit by the window was not comfortable.
Positive:
clean, good service, reasonably fast the internet
Negative:
the room was small and there was no a wardrobe, just a place where I was able to hang 5 shirts. Also there were no switch of the light near the bad.
Positive:
Beautiful spacious rooms, great locations, super stafff, great restaurant with gourmet food. Special entree each day was free, so was coffee and dessert (executive room only). Due to bad weather we ate at hotel every night. Radim, the restaurant manager was wonderful and made us feel special. He could not have been nicer! Fantastic buffet breakfast!! Wonderful bar and lounge area to hang out. Excellent safety to get to rooms by using your key to get to room elevator and again getting onto your floor. I’d highly recommend.
Negative:
It was confusing to get to the gym/spa. Bad signs and once again you need your room key. There should be better instructions regarding the gym and where it is and how to get there and that you must have your room key to get in. Other than that, all was great!
Positive:
Well located: short walk to shops and T-bana (metro system) station. Very good breakfast.
Negative:
At the time of writing (June 2012), there is construction work being undertaken directly opposite the hotel. The workers start early (07:00) and the noise is likely to wake light sleepers. The breakfast buffet is very good, but at its peak it is very busy and it can be difficult to find a table.
Positive:
Breakfast, we did not miss anything! The hotel had also respected my wish to get a room on second floor. The garage was easy to find and good located in the bottom of the hotel.
Negative:
The breakfast room was extremly noisy and crowded. We had to wipe off the table ourselves before eating. Room could have been cleaner. The bed was too tight and hard and not comfortable for two persons. Very tight bathroom/toilet. I think I will choose another hotel in the area next time.
Positive:
Good breakfast, great location, easy check in.
Negative:
Staff, and no hot water after I ran a marathon.
Positive:
Location was relatively central and the room was neat and tidy if a little small. Staff were very helpful and informative. The breakfast buffet was generous and had a good selection of options.
Negative:
There was nowhere to store clothes in the room other than a single coatrack and the bar closed promptly at 11.00pm even over the weekend
Positive:
From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was very clean, comfortable and well-furnished. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to many of Stockholm’s best attractions, shopping, and waterfront walks. The breakfast buffet was quite good. In summary, we would stay at the Mornington again and recommend it highly to friends and family.
Positive:
A very comfortable hotel on a walking distance from the centre. Relaxed atmosphere that suits every age category. The rooms are rather small but the beds are of excellent quality. Breakfast contains a lof of fresh products an the choice is varied. We would definetely go back.
Positive:
Its location is excellent
Negative:
The hotel is centraling located, but mis-represents itself as a superior hotel. It is over priced and lacking the essential services of this category hotel. It may be ^more oriented to the events customers but not business persons
Positive:
i like the modernised but charmful look with all the books in the lobby and the style of the rooms with a very spacious and clean bathroom ,however i was surprised there was no mini bar with snacks or alcohol,it was no problem though just a thought.overall our stay was very comfortable even though we were woken up by construction accross the road very early in the morning
Negative:
the horrible dirty red carpet as you walk in the hotel, get rid of it
Positive:
Very goog hotel with freindly staff. The breakfast is very good too.
Positive:
Lovely querky hotel, with style and everything I needed. Great to have tea and coffee making facilities super breakfast
Positive:
A cosy personal library like look and really a great collections of literature that adorned my room
Positive:
I managed to get a great deal through booking.com, and this hotel was listed as almost twice as expensive on other sites. The hotel is in a great position near the nice shopping district of stockholm – the traditional foodhall is nearby, plus designer stores, and streetwear like urban outfitters. Plus theres a nearby park and a great hotdog seller outside!
Negative:
Rooms are very small – but I think its used alot for business travellers. The details make up for it tho with great showers, designer lamps in the bedrooms and comfortable beds.
Positive:
Excellent breakfast
